It’s a must to spend time with your family, friends, grandchildren, as this helps you be happier and more active. Kids always help seniors feel connected, and this is very beneficial for their mental and physical health. The lack of social opportunities can contribute to social isolation. This can increase the risk of developing dementia, or other serious medical conditions. Healthy aging isn’t just about how healthy you should eat, but also, it’s about how to maintain yourself active and engaged in conversations. That’s when they are no longer able to handle their day-to-day responsibilities and manage their health.
