Cleopatra was the Queen of Egypt and was known for her gorgeous looks. She was also known for being a clever and cunning ruler. After Julius Caesar was assassinated, she allied herself with Mark Antony, one of Caesar’s generals. However, their relationship was not just political; the two were said to be madly in love with each other. Unfortunately, their love story ended tragically. After Antony and Cleopatra lost a battle against Octavian, Antony committed suicide. Cleopatra, unwilling to be captured, also took her own life.
