Baths can help you have a good night sleep
People often have a bath later on in the evening as it can help you go to sleep. Research has shown that taking a warm bath helps us to reduce our body’s temperature and help us to relax. Because the body’s temperature drops, this allows us to fall asleep easier. Experts believe that you should take a bath 1 to 2 hours before you want to go to sleep and your bath time should be no longer than 10 minutes.
